NADJA HOFMANN
CEO and founder
Nadja is CEO and co-founder of Bricksdock. She has worked in various positions in the real estate industry for over 20 years and, after working for EY, Jones Lang LaSalle and Intreal KVG, spent around eight years at Aquila Capital, most recently as COO for Central and Northern Europe. From 2021 to 2023, she was responsible for all real estate activities as Chief Investment Officer at EXPORO. Nadja holds a degree in business administration and an MScRE degree from GSU in Atlanta, GA, USA.
VINCENT PEIKERT

Vincent is the founder and CPO of NOUMENA, a deep-tech company that has developed a platform that enables next-gen enterprise software using smart contracts with and without blockchain technology. Noumena is strongly anchored in financial, real estate and energy markets. Prior to that, Vincent founded ELEVENCE, which is now used by the world's largest financial institutions. Vincent specializes in product management, consulting and investment banking. He has a PhD in computational science.
VIVIAN STROSEK

Vivian is the founder of Feondor Group AG, an independent real estate investment and asset management company that has restructured and sold over EUR 1.2 billion of real estate and real estate portfolios in the DACH region since its foundation in 2008. Previously, Vivian worked for UBS Wealth Management and UBS Real Estate Investment Management. He is a co-founder of the entrepreneurial organization EYES International, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). Vivian holds a BSc in Economics from University College London (UCL) and an MBA from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
RAYMOND RÜTTIMANN

Raymond Rüttimann has over 40 years of experience in project, portfolio and asset management. He worked for 15 years as a construction / project manager in construction management for various large Swiss total contracting companies (Ernst Göhner AG, Implenia AG). He then moved to UBS, where he was responsible as Sales & Product Manager in Corporate Real Estate and Real Estate Asset Management. In 2000, he moved to the Real Estate Asset Management division of Credit Suisse AG. He held various positions, including Head of Development & Construction and Asset Management. In 2016, he took over as Head of Real Estate Asset Management Switzerland and in 2020 he also became Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management at Credit Suisse AG. Since the beginning of 2023, he has been a partner at the real estate company R2 Partners AG in Zug.
STEFANIE BARON
Manager Operations
Stefanie works as Manager Operations at Bricksdock AG and brings valuable experience from the
areas of digitalization, corporate organization, communication and project management.
Stefanie most recently worked at the real estate crowdfunding platform Exporo for over four years, where she was responsible for
central tasks such as planning and coordinating internal resources, revenue planning and
pipeline and launch management. Prior to that, Stefanie worked for five and a half years at a
textile publisher in Lower Saxony, where she was responsible for various strategic and digital projects and
managed the London office; she then took over as head of the marketing and communications team in September 2018. Stefanie holds an MBA in Marketing Management and spent parts
of her studies at the Emirates Academy in Dubai, UAE.
DAVID OBERLÄNDER
Manager Operations
David works as Manager Operations at Bricksdock AG and brings a wide range of experience from
various professional positions. David studied Biotechnology at the University of Edinburgh
and joined the PropTech company Exporo
in 2019 after five years of self-employment. As Manager Strategic Operations, he most recently filled the interface function between
Business, IT and Business Intelligence and was responsible for the product range of the internal affiliate network.
